It’s an EcoSure policy that’s paid for in ZWG and gives an option to get a claim benefit in ZWG cash or services from EcoSure Funeral Service Partners.
How much does EcoSure's ZWG policy cost and what are the benefits?
You can get guaranteed services or cash in lieu as follows:

Cash in lieu will be given in ZWG.
How do I pay for my EcoSure's ZWG Policy?
Auto-deduction from your EcoCash ZWG Wallet or you can pay cash at our partner outlets or pay into our Econet Life ZWG Accounts:

Can a customer have both the USD and ZWG policies?
Yes, you can have both the ZWG and USD policies .
Can a customer on a ZWG policy switch to a USD policy?
The Customer is able to switch from a ZWG to a USD policy. They will have a 3 months waiting period for the first 3 packages and 9 months for the premium. Death due to natural cause during the NCE period will trigger a ZWG payout.
How many ZWG policies is an individual allowed to have?
An individual is allowed to have 3 ZWG policies: 1 individual, 1 group and they can be added once as a dependant.
Who can I add to my policy?
A customer is able to add the following dependants, a spouse, biological/adopted children below 23, parents and mother and father in-law below the ages of 70.
Can we join ZWG packages as a Burial Society?
Yes, ZWG packages are now also available for Burial Societies.

Dial *900#, select EcoSure Funeral, Individual, ZWG , accept Terms & Conditions then choose your preferred package.
Are all the existing EcoSure Funeral Service Partners providing services for ZWG packages?
Yes, ZWG package services will be accessible through all our current FSPs.
