The Customer is able to switch from a ZWG to a USD policy. They will have a 3 months waiting period for the first 3 packages and 9 months for the premium. Death due to natural cause during the NCE period will trigger an ZWG payout.

An individual is allowed to have 3 USD policies: 1 individual, 1 group and they can be added once as a dependant.

A Customer is able to add the following dependants: a spouse, biological/adopted children below 23, parents and mother and father in-law below the ages of 70.

he main policyholder must be between the ages of 18 and 69 years old to register. Once you turn 70, you cannot register on EcoSure via *900#. You can maintain coverage at 70 years of age as an existing policyholder or dependant however, you cannot register the moment you turn 70 years old.
