    Choose EcoSure Funeral Cover from the options
  3. Choose Individual Policy
    Select individual to proceed with a personal policy
  4. Select Policy Currency
    Choose your preferred currency: ZWG or USD
  5. Agree to Terms & Conditions
    Select option 1 to accept the Terms & Conditions
  1. Confirm Customer Details
    Verify your personal information as displayed on the screen.
  2. Select Country of Residence
    Choose your Country of Residence from the provided list
  3. Choose Province
    Select your Province to complete your address details
  4. Select Your Package
    Choose the EcoSure package that best suits your needs.
  5. Complete Registration
    Select option 1 to finalise your registration
  6. Confirmation & Coverage!
    You will receive a confirmation message. You are now covered!

How to pay your EcoSure premium in advance

EcoSure premiums are automatically deducted from your EcoCash Wallet. For added convenience, you can pay for them in advance.

    1. Dial *900# and enter your EcoCash PIN
    2. Select Make Payment
    3. Choose Policy Currency ZWG/ USD
    4. Select Own Account​
    5. Select the number of months that you would like to pay for​
    6. Confirm​

 

How to add someone (a dependant)

to your EcoSure policy

Thwala Sonke allows you to cover your spouse, children, parents (including in-laws) and grandparents.

  1. Dial *900# and enter Ecocash PIN ​
  2. Select EcoSure Funeral Cover ​
  3. Select EcoSure Individuals ​
  4. Choose Policy Currency ZWG/ USD ​
  5. Select Thwala Sonke ​
  6. Add New Dependent ​
  7. Enter Dependent Date of Birth ​
  8. Select Relationship ​
  9. Enter Dependent ID Number ​
  10. Enter Dependent Full name ​
  11. Select Region ​
  12. Confirm Dependent Addition

How to upgrade or
